74th Prog at Nabadisha Model School,Puncha, Purulia …distribition of education accessories, shool uniforms, woolens, awareness prog, sport materials, toiletries, blue tooth systems, cosmetics and two months’ ration along with protein food.

On 11.02.2023 for the first time we visited Purulia and conducted a huge social outreach prog with 130 students of the school. We noticed how the people of that village were facing various challenges without any income generating system.

They were so happy to see us reaching in a group with huge gift items and various food items. We spent a whole day with them convincing them to get school oriented always so that they find some lights to earn their livelihood. we gifted them sport items including footballs, jerseys, cricket bats, wickets and duce balls.

Our lady brigade offered them drinks and thereafter they conducted awareness program educated them about the its use and how to make themselves clean during the menstrual cycle.

We noticed one important thing that no student was allowed to have his/her lunch in class rooms, and instead they used to take their lunch plate and ate under the trees and on the field nearby. Seeing this, we also had our lunch outside class room.

Mr Arup Mukherjee, a police constable who has been running this school for the last couple of years and most of his earning he distributes for the welfare of the children, a great human being and just salute him for his tremendous sacrifice.

We also acknowledge contributions we have been receiving from Aditya Academy Senior Secondary, Dumdum and salute them the way they educate their students in community services.

After finishing the prog, we spent that night in a hotel and left next day for Kolkata.
