75th Prog at Nalua South Merit Academy, Joynaar …. Distribution of school uniform, awareness prog on menstrual health & hygiene etc.
This special prog was organised on 19.03.2023 with 300 childen of Nalua South Merit Academy where we distributed 1000 pcs of school uniforms, stockings, ties and 50 new clothes to children below 3 yrs and one TOSHAK and Pillow each also handed over to two poor families.
An awareness prog on menstrual health and hygiene was also conducted among young girls of the village and at the end of this awareness girls were distributed free napkins and under garments.
During the prog our leadership repeatedly said to all the students to take lesson from the teachers and always attend to classes for bright futures. TST Secretary, Mr Nirmal Ch Saha requested all the students and their parents to get all kids school oriented. Mr Goutam Bhandari, the Secretary of the School also described how he made his dreams came true and what types of hurdles he had to go through.
Approximately 250 students were offered refreshments.
We are grateful to the authority of Aditya Academy Senior Secondary, Dumdum for gifting Uniforms ,stockings and ties for onward distribution to Nalua South Merit Academy students.
