8th Annual General Meeting at Tirupati Bhawan, Kolkata on 29th Sept 2024 at 11 a.m.
A successful 8th AGM it was with attendance of 75 members. Started at 12 noon demanding maximum possible punishment for Tilottoma’s Guilty followed by observation of one minute silence to pay respect to the departed soul of R G Kar Hospital. Smt Soma Dasgupta also spoke about Tilottoma case.
Our President , Sri Rajib Dutta presided over the meeting with his short speech wishing everyone for Durga Puja festival and requested Sri Nirmal Ch Saha, the Secretary to place his annual report for 2023-24.
The Secretary reported in detail and thereafter Sri Arindam Acharyya, the Treasurer also reported the auditedd accounts in detail and both the reports were unanimously passed the members present in the meeting. Members also expressed their satisfaction over various activities during the year 2023-24.
Increase in annual membership from Rs.1200/- to Rs.1500/- was proposed and passed in the meeting, which will be implemented from 2025-26 (1st April 2025)
Students of Sri Surajit Pal, like last years, collected funds of Rs.3,263/- on the eve of Teachers’ Day, which was donated to our organisation for the benefit of poor students.

প্রিয় বন্ধুরা
সবাইকে আন্তরিক শুভকামনা ৮ম বাৎসরিক সাধারণ সভায় উপস্থিত থাকার জন্য। রবিবার হওয়া সত্বেও আপনাদের সকলের উপস্থিতি আমাকে মুগ্ধ করেছে। সবাইকে আরও একবার শুভেচ্ছা , ভালোবাসা এবং আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাচ্ছি। ভ্লো থাকুন, সুস্থ থাকুন এবং সংগঠনকে আরও অনেক অনেক ভালোবাসা দিয়ে ভরিয়ে রাখুন এবং আন্তরিকতার সাথে এগিয়ে নিয়ে চলুন প্রান্তিক মানুষের কল্যাণে।
২০২৩-২৪ অর্থবর্ষ আমাদের কাছে নানাকারনে ভীষনভাবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। একাধিক স্পনসরশিপ পাওয়ার সুবাদে আরও বেশি বেশি মানুষের কাছে পৌঁছাতে পেরেছি এবং সদস্য বন্ধুরাও যোগ্য সংগত করেছেন।
২০২৩-২৪ অর্থবর্ষে আমরা যে ১০+১=১১টা কর্মসূচী পালন করেছি সেগুলো হলো ঃ (৩,০৩,৭১২ টাকা)

- ৮২ তম ….. আনন্দ আশ্রম, ডায়মন্ড হারবার..রেশন (আদিত্য একাডেমী) ; ২,০০০ টাকা (On 13.10.2023 , 175 kgs of rations distributed to an orphanage D H Ananth Ashram, received from Aditya Academy. This expenditure is only for Matador fare)

- ৮৪ তম …… শিলদা, ঝাড়্গ্রাম .. বড় কর্মসূচী ; ৫১,২৫৪ টাকা ( On 18.11.2023 4th DA of Pankaj, distributed 130 schoolbags, 100 kgs of khata etc alongwith pen pencils erasers cutter, sanitary napkins and under garments to 50 girls, for 50 aged women one mosari and two mosquito dhoop plus tiffin and lunch for all)

স্পনসরড প্রোগ্রাম ঃ নিজেদের টাকা বাড়াতে নয়। দুঃস্থ মানুষেরা একটু ভালো খেতে যাতে পারে, তার জন্য মূলত।
জুনিয়র সদস্যদের এগিয়ে আসতে হবে, নাহলে সংগঠনের ক্ষতির সমূহ সম্ভাবনা ঃ
ঋতুচক্র কর্মসূচীকে সুন্দরভাবে পরিচালনা করার জন্য – অভিজ্ঞ অল্প এবং মাঝবয়সী সদস্যদের নিয়ে বিশেষ কমিটি গঠন এবং কর্মসূচিতে প্রত্যক্ষভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে ঃ
২০২৩-২৪ এ ৫০০০ করে ৪টে বাচ্চাকে চিকিৎসা খরচ দেওয়ার কথা ছিলো, কিন্তু কোনো প্রস্তাব না আসায় ওই খাতে কোনরকম খরচ হয়নি, কিন্তু ২০২৪-২৫ এ ইতিমধ্যে স্পৃহা দে নামের এক বাচ্চাকে আমরা ১০০০০ টাকা দিয়ে সাহায্য করেছি এবং আমাদের এক শুভাকাঙ্খী মেঘা বোস ওর জন্য ২০০০০ টাকা পাঠিয়েছে ফিক্সড ডিপোজিট করে দেওয়ার জন্য। খুব শিগিগির আমরা এই কাজটা করে দেবো।
নতুন কমিটির সদস্যদের বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে হোয়াটস্যাপ গ্রুপ দেখতে হবে অন্তত ৪৮ ঘন্টায় ১ বার ।
স্বনির্ভর প্রকল্পের ওপর জোর দিতে হবে এবং এই কর্মসূচীতে কেমনভাবে গ্রামের মা বোনেরা উপকৃত হচ্ছে সেগুলোর ওপর নজর দিতে হবে।
ওয়েবসাইটের কাজ চলছে, পুরোপুরি আপডেট হতে সময় লাগবে। আপনারা প্রায় কেউই ওয়েবসাইটে ঢুকে দেখেন না। দেখাটা দরকার। নিজেদের ওয়েবসাইট, না দেখলে এটা জনপ্রিয়তা পাবেনা। মাঝে মাঝে দেখুন, মতামত দিন, ওখানে জায়গা আছে।
আমাদের নিজস্ব অফিসে আপনারা মাঝে মাঝে আসুন, নাহলে নিজেদের ভালোলাগাটা বাড়াতে পারবেন না। প্রতি মাসের দ্বিতীয় সপ্তাহে সন্ধ্যা ৬-৮টা অফিস খোলা থাকবে। প্রয়োজনে আপনাদের বন্ধুদের নিয়ে আমাদের সামাজিক কাজগুলো দেখান, সামাজিকতার প্রতি অন্যদের মনে আগ্রহ গড়ে তুলুন, অন্যথায় অফিস শুধু নামেই রয়ে যাবে।
আমাদের ২০২৪-২৫ (৮৬ থেকে ৯৩ হয়েছে) এ আরো কিছু কাজ করতে হবে। নভেম্বরে বাগনান (এটা স্পনসরড হতে পারে) এছাড়াও একটা জয়নগর, সুন্দরবন, ঝাড়গ্রাম, পুরুলিয়া সহ কিছু নতুন জায়গাতেও কাজ করার ইচ্ছে আছে।
