71st Prog at Changdona, Canning … to commemorate 3rd death anniversary of our beloved member Pankaj Saha
From the core of our heart we conducted this 3rd death anniversary of Pankaj Saha on 26.11.2022 at Changdona village of Canning, where we offered plenty of useful items for the students as well as for the village girls and women including awareness on menstrual health and hygiene.
The prog started by paying tribute to our Pankaj and our Indrani Ghosh, Vice-President of our org and other senior members like Saroj Roy Bhowmick ,Nirmal Saha etc spoke on the need of the poor people and also the role played by Pankaj.
We distributed the following items to them :
- School Uniforms, T-Shirts, Woolens and Stockings for 200 students ;
- educational accessories for 200 students ;
- School bags for 100 students ;
- Mosquito nets for 100 villagers ;
- new dresses and toys for 50 kids ;
- T-shirts and Saree for Seven Teachers ;
- 3 months’ sanitary napkins for 75 girls ;
- General medicines like paracetamol 650 and azithral 500 mg
- Veg lunch for all participants.
A truly successful prog ended around 4’O clock.
